What the time of day it was Benji didn’t know. All he knew was that he had just woken up and he was hungry. Without food Benji was downright terrifying, well more terrifying than normal. Unlike most the demons in the school Benji wasn’t a short little troll. Benji was actually really tall, about 6 feet 4 inches, and he wasn’t all too ugly either. However like many of the demons Benji was usually seen alone or associating with a few other demons. Though Benji is capable of a conversation with other species, without food he would probably tear them to bits.
Without even thinking about it Benji pulled on some skinny jeans and a black shirt, and then hurried out of his dormitory on his way to the dining hall. It was almost automatic that Benji went to the dining hall after waking up; sometimes he wouldn’t even realize that he was going there. It was kind of like he was a zombie until he got to the cafeteria and had food in his stomach. It’s not like Benji had to go far to get to the Dining Hall, actually he didn’t have to move at all. After getting all of his clothes on Benji merely teleported himself to the Dining Hall for his first meal of the day.
Once in the Dining Hall all of the scents of food wafted around Benji and he could feel his mouth watering at the thought of food. In a completely focused state Benji went through the Dining Hall and piled food on his plate. By the time Benji was through the process of gathering his food he had three plates piled high with various dishes. For Benji this was a pretty normal amount of food for him to eat. Though others might think that he was being ridiculous eating like a starving man but Benji never bothered with the other inhabitants of the school and he wasn’t going to start when it came to his eating habits.
Once Benji had all of his food he made his way to his usual spot in the very corner of the Dining Hall. Nobody sat there because they knew that Benji always sat there, occasionally another Demon would be near him but nobody really ate with Benji. Maybe they were afraid of Benji in general or they were afraid they’d get eaten if they got in the way of him eating. Once arriving at his usual corner seat Benji placed his plates down and quickly set to eating his first plate full of food.
Benji was just finishing off his first plate and starting his second when something unusual happened. There was the distinct sound of a dishes being placed down on the table, but what was unusual about it was that it was right across from him. Not feeling very hospitable at the moment Benji paused when he was just about to shovel a forkful of food in his mouth and slowly looked up menacingly. Even through his mess of black hair his dark red eyes were visible and obviously angry that his meal was being interrupted. At the moment whoever was sitting in front of him wasn’t recognizable, all Benji noticed was that they were sitting there and messing up his food time.

Alone at last, we can sit and fight And I've lost all faith in this blurring light,~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ OUTFIT~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Lay your heart down the ends in sight Conscience begs for you to do what's right~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ---- Carter wasn't one hundred percent sure why she was here. She wasn't all that hungry but the food wouldn't hurt her none the less. She needed something to gain herself a little bit of energy and being that the dining hall had really great, descent food and it was really close, she figured she'd head their to get something to eat. After arriving and standing in line for a little bit, she was finally able to get herself something to eat. Not too much really. The main thing was she needed something to drink. A coke would fix her craving and she'd be just fine. After realizing every table was crowded with people, she knew it would be a little bit of a hassle to find somewhere to sit. That was until she spotted a table off in the corner and it only had one occupant. Though she did wonder why everyone was pretty much steering clear of him, as well as the empty table. Carter was never one to take signs like this so she walked over to the table, sit her tray down and then sit down in the chair shortly after, What caught her attention next was when the guy looked up. She wasn't looking directly at him but she still knew enough to know that the look on his face was not a happy one. In fact, he looked downright menacing and to say that it scared Carter just slightly was an understatement. Even if she were half vampire, that didn't matter to her. Slowly, she raised her head to look at him, not making eye contact. She was, at first, going to speak but after seeing his face for certain she wasn't sure that was such a good thing to do. After sitting there for a few moments, she stood to her feet. She thought the best thing to do now was just leave. No matter where Benji was he was avoided. It didn’t upset him in the slightest, he actually enjoyed it. Because Benji was a demon he wasn’t someone that everyone flocked to in order to have a good time. At the most somebody would approach him to confront him about something he’s done that upset them. Benji did have an awful habit of pissing people off and people had a habit of pissing him off, so in Benji’s mind it all evened out. However not many people thought along the same lines as Benji, they just thought he was some big scary guy that liked to cause everyone problems, which was true but not necessarily so.
So the fact that someone had willingly decided to eat near Benji was a total mystery. Almost everyone in the school knew to avoid demons because they were just unpleasant in general, but Benji was one of those especially frightening type. Around the school Benji is known for some of the less than pleasant things that he has done. There was one instance when he had actually thrown someone out of a window and several more like that. So it was a mystery why she decided to sit near him, but it wasn’t a mystery why some people had started to stare, ready for something exciting and mildly dangerous to happen.
When the girl looked up to see the look on Benji’s face and the angry emotions that were dancing in his dark red eyes she was obviously taken aback. Even if somebody hasn’t been near Benji or been near a demon they would know to be afraid after the look that Benji had on his face. It made Benji smile at the look of fear on her face. Maybe it was Benji’s being a demon or the fact that he found joy in other peoples fear but Benji found himself grinning at her face, even though he was trying not to.
The girl stood from her seat and that didn’t sit right with Benji. Not because he had scared her into leaving, but the fact that she was getting away without punishment. When Benji first got to the school a few people would try to sit with him, but they simply annoyed the hell out of Benji. So he would do things to scare them away. Not many people understood why Benji wanted to be left alone, but it was a simple concept to Benji. Solitude was peace and quiet, plus there weren’t any people to annoy him when he was alone.
”Hold on,” Benji said in his slow, lazy voice. Something about the way Benji talked wasn’t as scary as his appearance or his attitude. It was probably the only thing that resembled human. Though Benji may look human he is really tall, freakishly beautiful, and has a devilish attitude. Looking over this girl with his frightening eyes Benji finally spoke again, ”Who exactly are you?”

Alone at last, we can sit and fight And I've lost all faith in this blurring light,~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ OUTFIT~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Lay your heart down the ends in sight Conscience begs for you to do what's right~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ---- Carter tried her best to avoid eye contact with this, this demon. She couldn't believe it. Of all places to sit, she'd sit with a demon. This was why all were avoiding him. This was why she should have avoided him as well. But no, not Carter. In all honesty, she should have been a blond. All things considered, she was going to dye it that way. If she wasn't murdered first.
As she was looking at him, she noticed him smile, probably because she was scared of him and it showed. She couldn't hide it. The worst thing about Carter was that she wore her fear on her sleeve. It was rather ridiculous in fact. And yes, so she should be scared of him, he was a demon. But that didn't mean he had to find it funny that she was scared of him.
When he spoke, told her to wait, she was caught off guard. Oh geeze. What's he going to do? In all honesty, she thought about running away. Ha. But she wasn't going to. Then she spoke again, asked her who she was. Who exactly did he think he was? Well, a demon for one but that didn't mean Carter had to answer all of his questions. Although, she didn't think this would be the best time to be a smartie with a demon, she really didn't care.
"Why exactly do you think I'm going to answer your questions?" She hated her voice most of the time. Yes, so she was trying to be smug with him, her voice wouldn't let her. It was soft, pixie like. The one and only thing she hated about being a vampire, though she could get slightly ugly when she wanted to. Apparently, she didn't really want to.
"I'm Carter. What's it to you?" So she answered him. It wouldn't be the first time. So, yes, maybe he was a demon. But he was a really cute demon. That was the last thing she needed to be thinking. It wasn't like they were ever really nice. Despite the fact that she was now trying to hide the fact that she still wasn't scared of him, she had to avoid his eyes. And that was very hard for her to do.
Carter was the type to wanna look into the eyes of the person talking to her. But if she did with him then she would show off how scared she was, like it wasn't obvious. His eyes were very frightening to her. Even more frightening then the scariest vampire she had ever seen. Which had been just last week. She shook her head at the memory.
It was then that Carter realized she was still standing. She hadn't moved an inch since he started speaking to her and she really had no intentions of doing so. Although, she would have really liked to run away right about now. That would have been the smart thing to do. Carter, however, just stood there. Being Carter. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

It was always a great feeling to watch people in terror. The looks on their faces were priceless. The stricken look in their eyes, sometimes people shook, and sometimes people begged for mercy. The things that people did when they were scared were something that Benji has always found enjoyable. It was because he was a demon that he found terror so enjoyable, but like Benji cared. All Benji cared about was himself and what he wanted and nothing else. Being so pessimistic and self centered is what usually scared people away from Benji, but Benji never cared.
The person in front of Benji did seem truly freaked out that she had unluckily sat at the table of a very hungry demon that didn’t like to be interrupted. Well any normal person would be pretty scared if they were dumb enough to try an approach Benji while he was eating. Obviously this girl didn’t know much about Benji or his reputation for violent behavior and self centered attitude. Maybe if she had actually known why everybody was avoiding his table then maybe this girl wouldn’t be caught in this kind of predicament. Even though Benji was mad that she interrupted his eating, he was a little happy that he had a new person to terrorize.
When the girl spoke up in defiance Benji couldn’t help but chuckle. Of course when Benji laughed it wasn’t the kind of laugh someone normally hears. Usually when somebody laughs it is out of happy amusement, but Benji’s laugh was a cruel imitation of a normal laugh. Benji’s laugh was full of hateful glee and maliciousness. This was the kind of laugh that was portrayed to most evil people and well Benji was one of them. It would almost be like him screaming MUAHAHAHAHAHA but this laugh was more sinister and evil that a MUAHAHAHAHHAA didn’t quite cut it.
“Well you got some fight to you,” Benji said slowly with a malicious grin plastered across his shockingly beautiful face. An evil light was dancing in his eyes as he looked up at her from his seat. ”You know that always makes things more fun,” Benji said trying to get a fearful reaction out of her. Benji always knows how to make people feel fear and he used it whenever somebody got on his nerves or just to have some good fun.
”Well well well,” Benji said when Carter told him her name. ”Carter take a seat,” Benji instructed before answering her second question. Honestly Benji didn’t even wait to see if she sat down or not. Taking a few more bites of food before he even considered saying another word, even though he had finished one and half plates of food already he still had a lot more to go before he was capable of a decent conversation.
”I just like to know the names of my victims,” Benji said evilly as he pushed away his second finished plate of food. ”Oh and I guess my victim should know my name too. My name is Benji Donneven. Maybe you’ve heard of me or if you haven’t you’ll always remember it.”

Alone at last, we can sit and fight And I've lost all faith in this blurring light,~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ OUTFIT~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Lay your heart down the ends in sight Conscience begs for you to do what's right~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ---- This guy was seriously being a pain in the ass. Just because he was a demon didn't give him the right to talk to her like he was crazy. Being a demon pretty much made him crazy and it probably wasn't a good thing for Carter to get an attitute with him, he was pretty likely to say that at this point Carter didn't care. He prided himself on scaring people, though his eyes pretty much did that job for him, she wasn't going to be scared of him anymore.
When he finally spoke, saying that she had some fight in her, she nodded her head, "Yes, I do." A smug smile crossed her face just slightly. Most people would have been begging to be let go, while others would have probably just ran away. Either way, here Carter was getting an attitude with him. His laugh kinda shocked Carter back into fear again but she quickly recovered and procedded to stare him down.
"I'm glad you find it amusing that you scare people.." Afterwards, Carter thought that 'scare' didn't quite cut it. He was pure terryfing. But demon's usually were. When he called her his 'victim' she couldn't help but let a small chuckle escape past her lips. "Victim?" She asked, looking somewhat innocent. At first, she pretty much ignored his 'take a seat' comment. She continued to stand. The last thing she was going to do was take orders from him.
It was pretty safe to say that if she kept acting like this then she'd end up hurt, or missing. By Benji himself none the less but as it was, she was stubborn and never thought about what she was doing until after it was all over with. Dealing with him was no different. He was a dick, and a demon, and being a victim of his wasn't something Carter wanted to be.
After a while she shook her head, "No, I think I'll stand.." She was not going to do what he told her too. She just wasn't. She didn't care wat he did, how mad he got or anything. The last thing she was going to do was be like everyone else. Being terrified of him would have been easy for Carter but she was taking the long road by sticking up for herself and not falling victim to him.
When he told her what his name was, she thought about it for a while. Benji Donneven. Had she heard his name before? It was likely that she had. Everyone knew the demon's and it was best to stay clear of all of them. But Carter had never seen him before so she'd had no idea what he'd looked like and that she had just so happened to sit at his table.
Hmm, maybe he was the guy that she heard tossed another guy out the window, or maybe it happened on more then once occasion. She wasn't really sure at this point in time but she was rather certain that it was in fact him. Oh well. For once he was going to get a 'victim' that didn't do everything that he'd wanted and that wouldn't listen to him.
"You know what? As fun as this has been, I have better things to do s I think I'm gonna leave now. It was so not nice to meet you.. and I hope you have a terrible day.." She smiled just slightly at him, picked up her tray from the table and turned to leave. She'd had enough of his evilness for one day and that was rather evident. At this time, she'd noticed a lot of people had been staring at the whole scene before them and more then half of them gasped at the fact that Carter just walked away from it. Most, if not all, were looking at Benji. Waiting to see exactly what kinda reaction this would get out of him. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

This Carter girl appeared to be unfazed by his menacing appearance and attitude. There weren’t many people that were able to keep a straight face after looking into the depths of Benji’s eyes. When someone looked into Benji’s eyes an overwhelming sense of evil seemed to overcome them. It was as if everything that Benji was visible in his eyes, the evil and hatred, the very things that made up Benji’s life. There wasn’t any good in Benji at least that was the way he saw it. Nobody could convince him otherwise no matter what someone would say Benji knows that a demon isn’t good and can’t have anything good in their life.
However Benji knew that Carter couldn’t help but feel a twinge of fear at the slightest. Only the oldest of supernaturals or a demon like Benji wouldn’t feel fear around him. Benji saw her falter in her brave charade when he laughed and that just confirmed that he had a hold on her. Fear was what Benji considered the ultimate hold on someone. No matter what if somebody feared you, you always have an advantage. Benji has known this for a long time and has used it as much as possible.
When Carter didn’t sit down when Benji told her too, well when Benji noticed that she didn’t, it made him a little mad. Well furious would be a better word to use then “a little mad.” Benji had either expected her to sit down like he told her to or to run away screaming. However this Carter girl seemed to be either really brave or really stupid, two things that Benji always thought went together. Well considering that Benji had once been brave and now he’s a demon he found bravery a stupid choice. So even if this girl was brave she was still stupid.
Then Carter did one of the things that no one ever did and got away with. The girl was running her mouth and telling Benji off without a care. Nobody got away with telling Benji what to do, nobody. Slowly the anger that Benji already had bubbled up to an extreme, just as Carter picked up her tray and walked away Benji snapped. The whole Dining Hall was now looking in their direction, watching what Benji would do next. Feeling more anger than he has had in a while Benji barely had to concentrate before he teleported right in front of Carter.
With his dark red eyes practically glowing with rage Benji grabbed the insolent girl by the neck and pulled her up to look into her eyes. Benji was shaking with fury and kept his grip hard on her neck, but not hard enough to kill her because he was planning on enjoying this moment. Ignoring the stares from every single person in the Dining Hall Benji pulled Carter closer so she was only inches from his face then he spoke. ”You don’t get to tell me what to do,” Benji snarled through clenched teeth. ”Now watch me make you’re day terrible.” To emphasize his point Benji threw her to the ground with all of his strength, ready for whatever was about to happen.

OUTFITI licked my lips and said to him Boy, you look good enough to eat- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Nate was walking around the school by himself. The halls and grounds were pretty much deserted. Most of the people were at the dining room, but he didn’t really like the food there, so most of the time he would just use the time to go drive around or listen to some music. Nate was feeling really upset and angry. He didn’t know why exactly, it was just one of those days. After about thirty minutes of just walking around and listening to his iPod, he could smell someone familiar running towards him. The smell belonged to his twin sister Emily. He wasn’t in the mood to deal with her today, so he just kept walking. “ Nathaniel!” She shouted trying to get him to turn around. Nate just kept walking, usually, if you just ignored Emily she would go away. Emily used her enhanced speed to get in front of Nate and push him. “ Hello Brother.” She said as she let out a tiny giggle. “ What do you want Em?” He asked sounding annoyed as he got up and dusted off his pants. “ Oh I just thought you’d want to know that there’s a fight going on in the dining room.” She said in her usual soprano like voice. “ Not interested.” He said in an emotionless tone as he started to walk away. “ Not even if it’s Carter?” She asked teasingly. “ Now, I’m not one to care for those hybrids, but she’s in trouble, and she’s your best friend so I thought you’d like to go see her final moments.” She said sounding absolutely cruel. Nate didn’t even say a word as he took off running towards the dining room. The entire way, he was feeling scared for Carter. After a few minutes the scared feeling melted away and made room for rage. Every second he ran, he got angrier and angrier. Something that would be useful for beating the crap out of the person fighting her. After a few more seconds he finally reached the Dining Room in time to see some guy grab Carter by her neck and throw her to the ground. Nate let out a loud growl as he used his superior speed and ran to Carter. “ Car…are you alright?” He asked quickly as he helped her up and looked at the guy in front of them. “ You are so dead!” Nate said in a dark tone his dark eyes staring straight at him. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -That boy is a monster

Alone at last, we can sit and fight And I've lost all faith in this blurring light,~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ OUTFIT~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Lay your heart down the ends in sight Conscience begs for you to do what's right~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ---- Carter was taken by surprise when the guy teleported in front of her, she stopped short, dropping her tray as she did. The next thing he did, this Benji, was grab her by the neck, pulling her towards him and off the ground. This couldn't get any worse. She was pretty certain that she shouldn't have been worrying about whoever was taking the hybrids, she should have been worried about a demon instead. He seemed to be the one who was going to attempt to do her in.
When he threw her to the ground, Carter got pretty angry. But, being as it was, she wasn't the type to wanna fight anyone. Even though she was a vampire, she was still part human. Carter tensed up just slightly until she heard a really loud growl coming from the other side of the room and though she had only heard it a few times, she knew exactly who it was. Someone must have told him what was going on. Within the next few seconds, Nate was by her side, helping her to her feet. "I-I'm okay.. I think." She lifted her hand to her forehead, leaning against Nate.
When she heard Nate make his next comment, she knew without a doubt that something was going to go down and it was not going to end well. Carter couldn't blame Nate for trying to protect her and she wasn't going to stop him in the least, though she was just a tad bit scared of what Benji would say, and do. But she also knew that Nate could take care of himself. Looking up at Benji, she watched him with this evil expression on her face. Smiling just slightly, she let an evil chuckle escape past her lips but she didn't speak. She just watched him.

At this very moment Benji was having the time of his life. It was moments like these when he was able to cause pain and spread his evil that was the best of times. Only another demon could truly understand the thrill of hurting someone else or the sense of accomplishment when you heard fear in someone’s voice. Demons, the most evil species, could completely comprehend the gleeful smile that was running across his face. Some of these other monsters might enjoy pain and suffering but not to the degree that Benji did. If Benji was a normal human he would have been locked up a long time ago.
Maybe it was the fact that he was too consumed in his amazing fun but Benji didn’t notice that someone had entered the Dining Hall until a loud growl ripped through the Hall. Just as Benji was about to kick the stupid girl in the stomach, some vampire appeared, apparently to rescue Carter. The fact that someone was stopping Benji’s fun seriously ticked him off, well more than he was already. Nobody interrupted Benji’s fun without consequences and today Benji wasn’t going to differ from what has always been.
The vampire guy was making sure that Carter was okay and that made Benji sick to his stomach. The emotion and obvious care that this guy had for Carter was sickening to Benji. Anything remotely good always made Benji feel disgusted. It was probably the same feeling most normal people felt toward the way Benji showed such excessive violence. It was amusing to Benji that some people frowned upon violence when Benji was so fond of it. Well at least this wasn’t out of the norm, somebody trying to rescue his victim. Its not like some stupid bystander trying to protect someone would prevent Benji from causing havoc, it just added more fun to the expierence.
When the vampire threatened Benji it was almost laughable. Benji had already died; there was no point in making an empty threat. Seriously, people need to brush up on their facts before making threats that would end up being totally pointless. ”Ha good luck,” Benji said taking a step toward the idiotic vampire and his annoying hybrid friend. ”You see I’ve died before and a nice vacation back to hell would be just the thing I need.” Everything that Benji said was true, hell was home to Benji and Earth was just boring.
Just as Benji was thinking of what to do to this vampire savior his thought process was interrupted by laughter coming out of the stupid little hybrid, Carter. Turning his attention back to the girl Benji smiled evilly and looked straight into her eyes with the most menacing, evil look he could muster. ”But going back to hell right now would mean missing out on having some fun with you and your little boy toy,” Benji growled and threw his fist right at Carter’s head.

Alone at last, we can sit and fight And I've lost all faith in this blurring light,~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ OUTFIT~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Lay your heart down the ends in sight Conscience begs for you to do what's right~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ---- The longer Carter was around this kid, she grew more and more angry and that was something that you never saw in Carter. She could be rather frightening when she wanted to be but out of fear of drawing attention to herself, she never was. It was a habit of hers to just take whatever happened to be thrown at her at the time, but this demon Benji was just before pissing her off. Actually, truth be told, she was already pissed off.
The longer she looked at him, the angrier she got so her eyes begin to change from the blue shade they had been earlier to this kinda reddish, blackish color which could never be explained. You had to see it to get the full affect of it and few could say that they ever saw this color to Carter's eyes. To anyone but Benji, she probably look downright frightening but being as it was, and to the fact that Benji had crossed many paths of people, and had pissed all of them off, it didn't phase him a bit. And if it had, he gave no knowledge of it.
Carter wasn't real sure what ticked Carter off the most. The fact that he had done what he did, the fact that he had made fun of Nate, or the fact that he called him her boy toy. All of which had her blood pumping at this point in time, so to speak. Letting a slow and menacing growl escape past her lips, she watched as he through a punch at her. Jumping out of the way rather quickly and landing on the wall nearest to them, she let out an evil little chuckle again. "Nice try, Benji.."
The good thing about Carter was she was small, fast and very flimsy. She could bend in ways that most people couldn't and it was heaven when you got yourself into sticky situations like this one. Her laughter erupted through the room that she was in, all too thrilled that she had gotten a rise out of this demon. Averting her eyes, she glanced at Nate, who was crouched and growling at Benji, she half expected him to attack him any minute but she knew that most of Benji's focus was on Carter.
Carter was the one who had pissed him off. And now Carter was the one who would defeat Benji. At this point and time, she had no intentions of letting this thing go. If Benji wanted a fight, then he got one.

OUTFITI licked my lips and said to him Boy, you look good enough to eat- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Nate continued to stare at the Demon in front of them, his lips curled into a fierce snarl. Every part of Nathaniel wanted to tear this guy to shreds. Nate thoughts were interrupted by Carter saying she was fine. He allowed a tiny sigh of relief to exit his mouth. He was thankful, that the demon had gotten a chance to really hurt her, that would’ve just been more fuel to his fire. The demon then spoke up and said that he’s died before and that vacation back to hell would be nice. Demons were all the same in Nate’s eyes. He was friends with a couple, but the rest of them thought they were just so important. Nate let out a tiny chuckle when he heard the demon say that going back to hell would mean missing out on having some fun with him and Carter. “ Oh trust me this is not going to be fun.” He said letting out a small wicked smirk. “ Well at least for you anyways. I have a feeling I’m going to have a blast.” Nate said teasingly. Nate was about to push Carter out of the way when he saw the demon try and punch her but saw her jump out of the way just in time to avoid it. Sure it looked like Carter was a dainty little thing, but she had her own strengths like dodging attacks. Nathaniel’s darkened eyes scanned the dining room. All the students were out of their seats and were trying to get as close as they could to the action. That would make it a little harder. If all the students weren’t crowded room they could have more room to fight in. Nate used his superior speed and stood beside Carter. He looked over at her and let out a smile. He could tell by the look in her eye that she meant business. He heard Carter call the guy Benji. So that’s the demon’s name. Nate thought to himself trying to remember if he had heard the name before, but couldn’t really remember hearing it before. He stood and waited for Benji to make his move. If there’s one thing he had learned in all his years of living, was to wait for your opponent to attack first, and to try and find an opening and strike. He started to feel a little confident. After all there were two of them and one of him. His thoughts soon faded, knowing how quickly a fight could turn bad. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -That boy is a monster

To be quite honest Benji didn’t understand the relationship between Carter and the newly arrived vampire. They were friendly together, that was obvious, but still Benji didn’t quite understand. It wasn’t that Benji didn’t understand that the two knew each other and were friends at the least. What Benji didn’t understand was the whole concept of friendship. What was the point of having people around you that only wanted to get to know you and care for you? Benji just didn’t get the point of it. Friends didn’t last forever so why surround yourself with people that are eventually just going to disappear?
Another thing that Benji just didn’t get was the need to defend somebody. Why in the world would this vampire go out of his way to protect Carter? There was no point in risking your own life for some stupid little hybrid. Yes, this could be considered risking your life because right now Benji was more than mad, he was furious. Nobody got in the way of Benji having fun, well no body got in the way of Benji beating somebody to a bloody pulp. Apparently this little vampire thought otherwise. There have been few people to try to interfere with Benji’s decisions and none of those people ever walked away unharmed or walked away period.
When Carter dodged his punch Benji let out a maniacal laugh, this was getting interesting. Benji loved a good fight and when the person fought back it made everything a million times better. It wasn’t much fun beating on someone that just curled up in a ball waiting for someone else to save them. The most thrilling thing was fighting someone until they couldn’t fight anymore. However it was pretty disappointing when they didn’t fight back anymore but the rush of victory and having caused someone pain was so much better than the thrill of the fight itself.
”Shut up leech,” Benji spat what the vampire distracted him from the fight at hand. Seriously this guy had no business coming from no where to ruin Benji’s fun. In all of Benji’s years he has met a few guys like this vampire, but they all met the same fate. ”If you want to have so much how about you do something about it?” Benji said staring down the vampire who was apparently waiting for Benji to attack him. ”Now if you don’t mind while you’re just standing there I’m going to get back to taking care of this,” Benji said with a maniac grin and gestured at Carter before launching himself right at her, aiming to grab her around the waist.
